With over 20 years in the tax industry and 30+ years as an entrepreneur, he is dedicated to increasing financial literacy, especially in urban communities, to help close the wealth gap and empower individuals to achieve lasting financial success. 

Brytani Crump is the proud co-founder of Prosperity Tax Solutions, a company dedicated to empowering work-from-home mobile tax professionals across the nation. A single mom to her amazing 8-year-old daughter, Brytani brings passion, energy, and a heart for helping others to everything she does.

Growing up, Brytani had a front-row seat to the world of tax preparation, watching her father, Coach Cam, co-founder and CEO of Prosperity Tax Solutions, build success in the industry. Inspired by his dedication and vision, she joined forces with him in 2023 to launch Prosperity Tax Solutions—a company committed to creating opportunities and changing lives.

A natural entrepreneur, Brytani has always been driven by a desire to succeed while helping others achieve their goals. She attended Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC, where she further developed her business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

When she’s not working, Brytani enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, diving into a captivating book, and cherishing quality time with her daughter. A true socialite at heart, she loves connecting with others and building meaningful relationships that inspire growth and success.
